You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials we provide.

Fees for our services are described in the applicable agreement. Recruitment placements are typically success-based, while staff augmentation and EOR are billed at agreed recurring rates. Payment terms are set out in your invoice or engagement agreement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nindar Consultant or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
